The 300kt/a sulfuric acid plant based on sulfur with waste heat recovery and power generation by extraction condensing turbine of 3MW for Zhejiang Zhongsheng Chemical Co.,Ltd, a provincial key project , was put into operation in November 2006, which boasts of the following outstanding features: an output of oleum at 50kt/a, the first home-made waste heat recovery system, the first home-made 1st absorption tower wholly made of alloy, the first massive application of alloy materials on acid distributor of Dry and Absorption unit, supports of tower packing, acid piping and acid valves in domestic market.
